Reshma Saujani, the Founder of Girls Who Code, is an incredible woman who encourages young ladies to pursue their interests in tech-related fields. In her talk, she examines how society raises girls to avoid risk and constantly strive for perfection while raising boys to take risks and not worry about playing rough. This is why, according to her, many more risks are taken in the work environment by males as opposed to females. She says that we're raising our daughters "to be perfect" and "raising our boys to be brave." By educating young ladies about coding, Saujani is encouraging them to be courageous, live by trial and error, and take greater chances.
